For starters a 22-voice gospel choir will
put you in the mood as you feast on spicy smoked sausage and seafood
gumbo, southern fried chicken, pot Likker Greens and Candied Yams.
Starring throughout the evening, Jackie will serve up soul stories
and music from Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Otis Redding and Nina
Simon supported by an eight piece band.
