The Fried Chicken Theory According
To Jackie Gordon:
|
 |
"Jackie and I produced her Fried Chicken
Theory at the Republic Tower Restaurant & Bar in Melbourne,
Australia from March 15th to April 7th 2001. Jackie
Gordon is one of those few special people that come
around in our lives and leave a lasting impression
both personally and professionally. With Jackie's
extraordinary leadership and organizational skills
she led 3 diverse teams, being kitchen, front of house,
and stage to a fantastic production that ran for 12
nights over 4 weeks. I am still involved with the
restaurant and still have customers coming in commenting
on the wonderful evening they had with Jackie Gordon.
