latest incarnation as the Singing Chef and it is literally
unforgetble . Speaking to Jackie after her aptly named
show, I learned she employs numerous methods tp bring
her audience a true dining experieince guaranteed to influence
their food shoices for years to come. The interactive
multimedia format included a chart for comparing wines
with eight artisanal cheeses, while experiencing the history
of sheese through Jackie's matched repertoire of song.
